Beverly Hills, CA- After a nasty back and forth, which included allegations of spousal and child abuse, Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif, of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” have come to agreement and finalized their highly contentious divorce.

What could have been a protracted divorce the estranged couple has decided to settle and neither of their wallets will take a hit. Both Adrienne and Paul were wealthy to begin with, and now they will leave the marriage with the money they brought into it.

The dueling duo will essentially share 50/50 custody of their three children. Adrienne has accused Paul of physically abusing them, but she granted him visitation rights while they worked on their divorce. Now she trusts him, and even though she will have primary custody he will co-parent.

“We’re happy to be moving forward with our lives in a positive way, not only individually, but as co-parents. Our goal is for our children to have stable and nurturing relationships with both of us so we can all find as much happiness as possible,” Maloof said in a statement.

The quick resolution could be due in part to their divorce attorneys. When a couple’s emotions run high, they can become unreasonable and hell-bent on revenge, but a third party, like an attorney, can be impartial and help an estranged couple work out their differences.
