Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif have finally finalized their divorce settlement and agreed to put their divorce behind them, according to People Magazine.

They announced their split almost a year ago and have been battling back and forth with bitter accusations of abuse since then.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars released a joint statement regarding their status with their separation, stating that they “reached an agreement on all outstanding issues related to our divorce settlement and all pending litigation,” and are now focusing only on the their sons, Gavin and twins, Collin and Christian.

“Our first priority is our children’s’ well-being and happiness. As their parents and advocates that is our goal. Our children are our most important treasures and need to be treated with the respect and privacy they deserve. We’re happy to be moving forward with our lives in a positive way not only individually but as co-parents,” the statement continued.

Nassif filed for divorce in August 2012 citing irreconcilable differences. The news came less than a month after the plastic surgeon filed for legal separation following 10 years of marriage.

In a September custody hearing, Nassif claimed that Maloof had pushed him and called him names in front of their children.

Maloof later obtained a temporary restraining order against Nassif after he allegedly choked one of their sons and hit another. Although the Department of Children and Family Services determined that those claims were unfounded, a judge awarded the plastic surgeon supervised visitation with his sons due to concerns about his temper.

The reality-TV couple reportedly had a prenuptial, which is expected to safeguard Maloof’s estimated $300 million fortune.

Maloof began dating 32-year-old Sean Stewart in January, six months after Nassif filed for divorce. The duo split for a short period of time in March before rekindling their romance.
