Many have argued the age old question: what is the best way to get over a divorce? In Chad Johnson’s case, the answer is: by getting a tattoo, naturally.

Former NFL and reality TV star Chad Johnson isn’t doing anything to improve his current situation. As if it wasn’t bad enough that he has to deal with VH1 dropping his show, the Miami Dolphins cutting him from  the team and the repercussions of head butting his estranged wife, Evelyn Lozada, now, the former “Ochocinco” has decided to permanently etch a photo of Lozada on his leg.

While the threat of divorce looms over Johnson, he took to Twitter to dismiss the rumors, saying: “Divorce? Child please… that’s my WIFE.”

Another fan asked on Twitter if Lozada had actually filed for divorce, to witch Johnson replied: “I don’t give a flying pretzel in skittle rainbow hell what she filed for.”

According to TMZ, Lozada has no intention of reuniting with Johnson. The couple had only been married for six weeks when the domestic violence incident ensued.

At least from Lozada’s point of view, it doesn’t seem like reconciliation will be happening.

“I believe [Johnson] loves me. I believe he needs to get help,” Lozada told ABC’s “Nightline” last week. “He’s a good guy that made a bad choice. He loves football and he’s very driven and a great dad.”

“He made a bad choice that destroyed his life,” she added, “and I hate that I’m connected to that.”

Like Johnson, many married persons make terrible choices that can ruin their relationships forever. While a marriage can certainly be volatile, the divorce doesn’t have to be. If you have considered filing for divorce, make sure to solicit the help of a divorce lawyer to ensure your case runs smoothly, quickly and ends favorably.
